Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
This is a hands‐on role involving warehouse duties, customer service, stock management, warehouse maintenance and occasional deliveries.
This role provides opportunity to advance your experience and career.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing Orders: Picking and packing orders, preparing them for delivery or pickup.
Purchasing & Inventory: Help manage stock levels, assist with purchase orders and check that orders received are correct.
General Operations Support:



Support day‐to‐day operations and work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining the warehouse floor and ensuring that cleanliness is upkept.
Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers with over the counter sales and enquiries.
Requirements:
A valid NSW driving licence and a good driving record
A valid forklift licence is preferred
Experience in a warehouse, factory, trade or construction environment will be highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a quick paced environment
Customer-focused attitude
Great team-working and communication skills
Ability to safely lift and handle boxes weighing 20kg or more
