As a Pastry Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bakery's busy pastry kitchen, helping to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods and cakes.What you'll be doingAssisting the Pastry Chef in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goodsAccurately measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipesPerforming basic food preparation tasks such as weighing, portioning, and decoratingMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentFollowing all food safety and hygiene proceduresProviding support to the wider bakery team as neededWhat we're looking forPassion for baking and a keen interest in the art of pastry makingPrevious experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment, ideally in a similar assistant or support roleMinimum of 1 year's experience in a bakery, kitchen,
