UPA of NSW is building a directly employed casual team of Personal Care Workers/Care Service Employees across Molongfor Christmas, New Year and beyond.These are direct UPA employment opportunities, not agency placements.

wellbeing and connection to the things they enjoy.Your responsibilities may include:Providing respectful, person-centred careSupporting residents with personal care and daily living activitiesAssisting residents with mobilitySupporting medication administration when appropriately trained and assessed as competentWorking closely with nurses and other care employeesBuilding positive relationships with residents and their familiesYOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or an equivalent qualification, or are actively working towards one where permittedHave a compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older peopleAre reliable and comfortable responding to available shiftsCommunicate well and enjoy working as part of a teamCan work across a range of days and shift timesPrevious residential aged-care experience and a current First Aid Certificate are desirable.ABOUT UPAUPA of NSW is a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation providing residential aged care, home care and retirement living services throughout NSW.Our focus is simple: ensuring our residents always have "our people by their side".
