If you have worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, call centres, administration or community work, we would like to hear from you.What the Role InvolvesWorking one‐on‐one with participants to understand their goals and build a plan to achieve themConnecting participants with local employers and matching people to the right opportunitiesActively building relationships with local employers to create job opportunitiesPromoting participants' strengths and matching them to suitable rolesIdentifying barriers and coordinating support services or training where neededManaging your own caseload, priorities, and follow-ups to keep things movingMaintaining accurate records and meeting program compliance requirementsWhat You Will BringStrong interpersonal skills: you can build rapport quickly and handle difficult conversations with empathyTech savvy & confident in using computers & online systemsProblem‐solving ability and a positive, can‐do approachGood organisation and attention to detail:
