Mitchelton Wines is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team on a casual basis.
As a Beauty Therapist, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional beauty and wellness services to our clients, contributing to their relaxation and rejuvenation.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a welcoming environment whilst providing professional beauty treatments.Key responsibilitiesProvide a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, & body treatmentsConsult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and any skin or health conditions that may affect treatmentMaintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation across all treatment areas and equipmentPrepare treatment rooms and ensure all materials, products and tools are properly sterilised and organisedRecommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on client requirementsKeep accurate records of client treatments, preferences and any reactions or concernsDeliver personalised customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all clientsStay informed of current beauty trends and maintain professional knowledge through continued learningWhat we're looking forA recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional certificationProven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or wellness settingStrong knowledge of beauty treatments,



skincare products and techniquesExcellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clientsA professional and friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for client wellbeingAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safetyThe ability to work independently and manage your own client scheduleCurrent First Aid certification or willingness to obtain itExperience in a hospitality or wellness setting would be advantageousAbout usMitchelton Wines is a respected winery and hospitality destination located in the beautiful Nagambie region of Victoria.
