Nardo's Coffee is looking for a reliable, organised and confident Cafe Manager to join our boutique coffee window.
The role is ***** hours per week based in Cardiff, NSW.Key responsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day cafe operationsLeading and supporting the cafe teamMaking quality coffee and maintaining high service standardsOpening/closing and keeping the cafe running smoothlyStock ordering and keeping on top of suppliesMaintaining cleanliness and presentationCreating a friendly, welcoming experience for every customerHelping drive sales and maintain high standardsAbout youHighly organised and reliableExperienced in barista work and coffee makingConfident working independentlyFriendly, approachable and customer-focusedWell-presented and professionalA natural leader who can motivate a small teamAble to work in a quick-paced environmentSomeone who takes pride in their work and notices the little things
