We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliableEmbroidery Machine Operatorto join our team based nearMoorabbin Airport.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established golf goods company that genuinelyvalues its people and creates a great team environment.
You don't necessarily need previous embroidery experience — if you have experience operating machinery, working with textiles, apparel, printing equipment or other production machinery, we'd love to hear from you.Training will be provided to the right person.
About the Role
Working as part of a friendly production team, your responsibilities will include:




Operating commercial embroidery machinerySetting up and loading embroidery jobsHoop and position garments and golf productsMonitoring machines during productionChecking finished products for quality and accuracyChanging threads and bobbins as requiredTroubleshooting basic machine issuesKeeping your work area clean, organised and safeWorking to production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of qualityPacking finished goods
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable and punctualComfortable working with machineryPractical and hands-onHas valuable attention to detailAble to follow instructions and work independentlyQuality-focused and takes pride in their workA positive team player with a outstanding attitudeComfortable working in a production environment
Previous experience with embroidery, industrial sewing, textile machinery, printing machinery, CNC or other computer-controlled equipment is highly regarded, but not essential.
