That's where you come in.We're looking for a confident, caring and proactive Responsible Gaming Attendant to join our team on a casual basis and play an important role in supporting responsible gaming practices while delivering outstanding customer experiences.Why you'll love this roleYou'll be a key part of our front-line team, helping create an outstanding experience for every guest who visits Terrigal Beach House.Every shift gives you the prospect to make a genuine difference.What you'll be doingCreating exceptional customer experiences by:Preparing and serving beverages with enthusiasm and professionalismDelivering friendly, engaging and memorable customer serviceBuilding genuine relationships with our members and guestsCreating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venueResolving guest enquiries and concerns confidently and professionallyMonitoring gaming areas and promoting responsible gaming practicesConducting responsible gaming interactions when requiredProviding information regarding support services and self-exclusion programsMaintaining compliance with Responsible Gaming legislation and venue policiesWorking collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesWhat we're looking forWe're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and knows how to make people feel welcome.You'll bring:Current NSW RSA CertificateCurrent NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) CertificateQualifications or willingness to obtain Advanced Conduct of Gambling (ARGC)A passion for customer service and creating positive experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence engaging with a diverse range of guestsA calm, professional approach when handling sensitive situationsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysPrevious experience in a bar, gaming or hospitality environment (highly regarded)Why join Terrigal Beach House?
