As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for agricultural and construction machinery.
You will work closely with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure the correct parts are provided efficiently to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.Key responsibilitiesAssist customers and workshop staff with parts enquiries, both in person and over the phoneAccurately interpret parts requirements using manuals and electronic cataloguesProcess parts orders, quotes, and invoicesMaintain stock levels, including ordering and receipting inventoryCoordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairsManage parts returns, warranty claims,
