We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our friendly team on a casual basis.This is a hands‐on role where you'll lead from the front – supporting the team, looking after our members and guests, and keeping things running smoothly across our bar, gaming areas and functions.About the RoleWorking closely with our Hospitality Manager, you'll take ownership of a shift while still being happy to jump in and help wherever needed.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising bar and gaming operations (19 machines)Leading and supporting the team during shiftsOpening and closing the Clubhouse (hospitality & gaming)Cash handling, POS balancing and reconciliationsSupporting functions, events and Club promotionsMaintaining stock and presentation standardsEnsuring RSA, RSG and gaming complianceProviding excellent service and handling customer enquiriesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who knows hospitality,



enjoys working with people and can confidently lead a team.You'll bring:Around 5+ years' hospitality experiencePrevious supervisory or leadership experienceStrong bar and gaming experienceExperience with functions and eventsConfidence with cash handling and POS systemsA friendly, reliable and team-focused attitudeThe ability to stay calm and make decisions when things get busyEssential RequirementsCurrent RSACurrent RSGGaming Industry Employee LicenceFood Handlers CertificateFirst Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtainAvailability across mornings, evenings and weekendsWhy Join Eastwood?
