Qualifications & experienceMust hold a forklift licensePrevious Warehouse, Inventory and customer service experience preferredA reliable person that is available to work, Monday to Friday, within the store hours 8am - 4pmAble to do 38 hourseach weekMust have reliable transport to and from work.Attention to detail in all areas of the role is essential.Applicant requires good computer skills and be a quick learnerAbility to enjoy and handle a quick-paced environmentLifting is required so need to be fit and able for the role.Great customer service skills and enjoy communicating with customers.Able to work unsupervised.Helpful,



keen team playerPersonal presentation & hygiene is required at a high standard as you will be assisting customersCheerful and happy nature is necessary as the job role involves counter service and salesTraining providedLearn to operate the embroidery machine.Tasks & responsibilitiesInvolved in the everyday operations of the warehouse and keeping warehouse well maintained and tidyUnloading and loading of delivery vehicles by hand or forkliftUnpacking stock and storing stock in warehouseStock control – inwards/outwards, regular stocktakesQuoting, Processing Customer Orders, raising Purchase orders, Receipting of goods in, processing and despatching orders to customersPicking and checking ordersOrganise order pickup/delivery with freight providersAssisting customers face to face in store with product enquiries and order collection.Communicate with customers in person, phone or email to provide them with the products and services they require.May be involved in the embroidery department, picking clothing orders, operating the machines and packing orders.It's a Monday to Friday job so weekends are free!
