In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our business, providing exceptional service and support.
Based in our Laverton North, VIC **** Head Office, you will play a key part in our customer-focused operations.What you'll be doingRespond to inbound customer calls and emails,



providing solutions and information to address their needsLog customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM systemIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and servicesEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolutionContribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processesWhat we're looking forAt least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and skilled mannerExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer queriesProficient in using CRM and other customer service softwareA versatile and adaptable approach to work, able to handle multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesA genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiencesWhat we offerCompetitive hourly rate and employment benefitsOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive and team-oriented team environmentOpportunities for career progression within the Midway Concrete organisation
