As a Hairdresser, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional hair services, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their experience.What you'll be doingProviding a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments to a diverse clienteleConsulting with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and hair care needsApplying industry-leading techniques and best practices to achieve desired results whilst maintaining hair health and integrityMaintaining high standards of personal hygiene and salon cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and salon loyaltyRecommending appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients based on their individual needsKeeping up to date with current trends, styles, and techniques in the hairdressing industryCollaborating effectively with team members to create a welcoming and professional salon environmentManaging your own appointment schedule efficiently and professionallyWhat we're looking forA recognised hairdressing qualification or relevant apprenticeship completionProven experience as a Hairdresser in a qualified salon environmentStrong technical skills in cutting, styling, colouring,
