This is a rapid-paced, rewarding role that plays a key part in ensuring our patients and clinicians receive exceptional support.Key responsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for patients, GPs, and other specialists, providing excellent customer service and communicationCoordinate and manage clinic appointments and theatre bookingsHandle referral management,



ensuring all paperwork and electronic records are accurate and up-to-dateSupport the day-to-day running of busy clinics and liaise with internal and external stakeholdersPrioritise multiple competing tasks effectively and remain calm under pressureUphold the practice's professional and caring ethos at all timesWork confidently and comfortably autonomouslyWork a rotating roster around clinic requirements, including some early mornings, early evenings and lunch time shiftsAbout youExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanourProven ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a busy environmentExperience in a medical practice, ideally within a specialist setting, is advantageousHigh attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding serviceProficiency with medical practice management software is desirableAbility to work both autonomously and within a team setting
