We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at SmartClinics Manunda on a Casual basis.This clinic offer a wide range of healthcare services for all aged patients, including but not limited to spider vein treatment, wound management, family planning and general health.
SmartClinics Manunda has 5 highly experienced and dedicated doctors located in-clinic.In this role you will:Deliver exceptional patient service at all timesEfficiently and confidentially manage patient data, appointments and follow proceduresProvide a seamless service to patients whilst ensuring clinic operations, and doctor workload is effectively managed at all timesProcess patients billings/receiptsAssist doctors with day to day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks.Function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner at all times.To be successful in this role,
