Job Description

Bupa Kempsey is seeking a Quality & Education Manager to lead quality care and education across the Home. You will drive clinical governance, coaching, and continuous improvement while ensuring the integrity of documentation and compliance with standards.

You will mentor the leadership team, coordinate audits, and support the PCI program. A senior nursing background and teaching qualifications will enable you to foster staff development and resident-focused care.
