Job Description

HomeTeam in Brisbane is building LuLou—our brand-current kitchen hub powering four venues. You’ll lead the LuLou kitchen from the ground up, shaping systems, menus, and production to meet daily demand with a dedicated logistics function.

You’ll own food cost and quality, recruit and train a kitchen team, and implement HACCP/allergen controls. Expect a 5am start, five days a week, and a hands-on, ground-floor leadership role as we open mid-October 2026.
