Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

n

preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
n
planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
n
monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
n
discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
n
explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
n
assisting with the training of staff
n

Pay: $79,500 – $95,000 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
