Join our incredible Tourism & Visitor Economy team!
This Traineeship offers you the perfect gateway into the world of Tourism and Visitor Economy, supporting the delivery of visitor servicing, reservations, sales and tourism activities across our Visitor Information Centre, Beachside Holiday Parks, and the Port Stephens Koala Sancutary.
The role will provide you with practical workplace experience across a range oftourism functions, helping you develop your skills and knowledge in customerservice, destination and product knowledge, visitor information, reservations andsales.

This is a contract opportunity – working full-time 38 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement + access to study leave to attend courses at your formal education provider during work hours.
Base Salary Range: $37,574 to $57,438 pa based on 35 hours / week + 12% superannuation + $2,562 retention allowance




You will be working from Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary and rotating between our Beachside Holiday Parks and Visitor Information Centre within the Port Stephens area

Commitment to the completion of a Certificate III in Toursim
Ability to work in a busy environment
Class C Driver's License or access to reliable transport for attendance at both work and external training providers
