This is an exciting role within our company as a Quality Assurance Manager.
The position is part time: 2-3 days a week.
Days and hours are versatile.Key responsibilitiesDrive GMP improvement and overall QA improvementTrain and advise staff in maintaining quality standards and systemsDevelop and maintain product specifications including calculating nutritional informationHave experience and be up to date with all food labelling requirements (PEAL) and nutritional informationHave experience with third party auditsAbout youPossess relevant food industry qualifications and experienceHave thorough knowledge of HACCP and be experienced in HACCP proceduresHave sound analytical and problem solving skillsBe 'hands-on' and be able to work well with minimum supervision in a multi-task environmentBe able to relate to staff and customers on all levelsAbout usOur company is well established and has an excellent reputation within the foodservice industry.
