We have been in operation for over 30 years providing physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage therapy and a range of other services.The RoleYou will handle front desk reception tasks, such as:Greeting clientsAnswering phone calls,



emails and faxesBooking and scheduling appointmentsManaging the electronic diaryProcessing paymentsSupporting clinical staffExceptional communication and inter-personal skillsProficient working with a keyboard and computerMS Office basics knowledge required for computer tasksAbility to learn recent processes and procedures quicklyMaintaining accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasksDemonstrate initiative and problem solve issues as they ariseOccasional flexibility to work additional hours to cover annual/personal leaveSense of humour.TrainingPrevious experience in health reception or administration is an advantage however no knowledge is assumed and all training for the position will be provided.
