Job Description
Your Role n
Here's what you will be doing:
n
n
Supporting student enrolment, onboarding, and training plans
n
Maintaining accurate student records and managing data systems
n
Coordinating training schedules, resources, and materials
n
Acting as the first point of contact for students, trainers, and employers
n
Supporting communication and engagement with stakeholders
n
Conducting compliance checks and maintaining quality documentation
n
Assisting with learning systems (e.g., LMS platforms) and resource access
n
About You n

Solid administrative and organisational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
n
A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support others
n

Experience in an RTO or training environment is highly regarded but not essential; support will be provided.
