MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice in Kooragang Island NSW.About the role:This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:Fitting and machining in the Ammonia and Nitrates plantsBroad exposure to machining and fittingMaintenance and installation tasks like pumps, valves, and machineryPlant shutdowns across the siteWhat we're looking for - Skills & ExperienceStrong attention to detailMechanical and mathematical aptitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsSafety awareness and long-term career commitmentReliability, initiative, and adaptabilityCertificate II in Engineering & White Card (preferred)Driver's license and own transport (preferred)What can you expect from us?
