Based in The Oaks NSW, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the residential construction industry, helping clients find their dream homes and guiding them through the buying process.
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward by building strong relationships with prospective buyers and delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming potential customers to our sales officeAnswering customer enquiries regarding floor plans, pricing, specifications and available optionsIdentifying customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties and building solutionsPreparing and presenting quotations and finance information to prospective buyersBuilding and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through follow-up communications and relationship managementProcessing sales inquiries and documentation in a timely and professional mannerCollaborating with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completionStaying informed about current market trends, competitor offerings and product knowledgeCreating house and land packages to give the vision of what the client can buildWhat we're looking forProven experience in sales,
