helping to deliver exceptional service and support.Key Responsibilities IncludeResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailAssisting clients with product and service enquiriesProcessing installations of new medical alarm units and connected devicesManaging inbound enquiries from new and existing clientsProviding first-level troubleshooting and support for alarm devicesRecommending suitable products and explaining how they workMaintaining accurate client records and performing data entryWorking collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experienceWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who enjoy helping others, thrive in a customer-focused environment and take pride in delivering great service.
