Retail Team Member | ASIC Basic Clearance HoldersAs the face of Brooki in every store, our Team Members play a vital role in bringing the Brooki experience to life for every customer, every day.
This role is responsible for presenting our products to the highest standard, delivering remarkable customer service, and keeping the store running smoothly and safely.
Working closely with the Store Leader and wider team, you'll help build the energetic, welcoming atmosphere that makes Brooki stand out!

As a Brooki Team Member, you will:Greet and serve every customer with warmth, energy and genuine care, processing sales accurately through the POS systemPresent and merchandise our pre-packaged Brooki products to brand and quality standards, keeping the display well-stockedComplete opening/closing checklists, cleaning, stocktakes and stock rotation (FIFO)Follow food safety, allergen and HACCP procedures at all timesWork collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless,



high-energy customer experienceWhat we're looking for:You must already hold a valid ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) Basic Clearance - this is essential for this roleA warm, friendly and energetic personality, reliable and flexible across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidaysPrior experience in retail, hospitality or food service is highly regarded but not essential - full training providedCurrent Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain) is highly regardedThis role requires the physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift stock up to 20kgWhat we offer you:Casual and part time positions availableA supportive and fun environment where your contributions are valuedThe chance to be part of a growing and successful Australian businessReady to bring the Brooki experience to life at Brisbane Airport?
