The role will initially commence as a Meat Process Worker at $***** per hour, with the opportunity to progress into a Line Leader / Multivac Machine Operator role paying up to $44 per hour.Progression will be based on performance, reliability, ability to operate machinery and demonstrate leadership capabilities.As a Meat Process Worker, you will be responsible for:Preparing and handling raw pork, beef and chickenWorking on a quick-paced production and packing linePacking, labelling and preparing productsPerforming manual handling and heavy liftingOperating production equipment and machinery as trainedCompleting quality and weight checksFollowing food safety, hygiene and compliance proceduresSupporting the production team to meet daily targetsMaintaining a clean,



safe and organised work environmentProgression to Line Leader / Multivac Operator:Successful employees will have the opportunity to progress into a higher-level position involving:Operating Multivac packaging machineryLeading and supporting the production lineAssisting with machine setup, adjustments and basic troubleshootingCompleting production data entry and compliance documentationConducting quality, weight and production checksSupporting and directing team membersMonitoring production targets and workflowUsing strong communication and leadership skills to maintain an efficient production lineTo be considered for progression, you will ideally have:Previous Multivac machine operating experienceMeat processing or food production experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsGood computer literacy and data entry skillsGood reading and writing skillsStrong understanding of quality, food safety and complianceA reliable and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform manual handling and heavy liftingPay Rate:Starting rate: $***** per hourCareer progression to Line Leader / Multivac Operator: up to $44 per hourOpportunity for ongoing work and career development
