About the Role
As Store Manager of our
Maroochydore store on the Sunshine Coast
, you'll be the face of Ringers Western.
You'll lead the team, drive commercial success, and create a customer experience that reflects everything our brand stands for. You'll set the culture and the standard, ensuring everyone who walks through the doors feels the Ringers Western difference.
Your days will include:
Leading and inspiring a retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences




Creating a welcoming store environment that feels authentic to our country roots
Bringing the Ringers Western story to life through every interaction
Driving sales performance, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes
Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy store
Creating memorable experiences that turn customers into lifelong fans
About You
You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the floor, connecting with people, and bringing energy to your team. You understand that great retail is built on solid relationships and great experiences.
