About the role n
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. Based in Wollongong NSW, this position offers flexible work opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to maintaining pristine environments across our client sites.
What you'll be doing n
n
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of various surfaces
n
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities to maintain hygiene standards
n
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental guidelines
n
Polish and maintain floors, windows, and other glass surfaces to a high standard
n
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
n




Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working workplace
n
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning requirements and any issues.
n
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and client expectations
n
What we're looking for n
n
Proven experience in a cleaning or similar custodial role, or willingness to undertake training
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
n
Physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy items
n
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexibly on a casual basis
n
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
n
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in cleaning operations
n
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment, or willingness to learn
n
A professional attitude and respect for client properties
n
