service and calibrate torque tools and related equipmentMaintain equipment calibration registers and service recordsPrepare job reports and assist with fault investigationsEfficiently and accurately record date in ERP systemSupport warehousing and inventory tasks as neededOperate and maintain workshop tools and testing equipmentFollow all safety policies and take ownership of work quality and outcomesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshopQualifications and SkillsCompletion of Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)Strong technical aptitude and practical, hands-on abilityGood computer skills (Microsoft Office + other business systems)Manual handling abilityApplicants must be Australian citizens onlyUnderstanding of pneumatics, electrics & hydraulicsExperience in tool service, repair, or calibrationBackground in a workshop, mechanical, or manufacturing environmentPersonal AttributesLogical thinker, careful and patient whilst staying productiveStrong communication and teamwork skillsExcellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipDemonstrated accountability and ownership in completing tasks accurately and on timeReliable, motivated, and proactive attitude
