Service Advisor
to join our high-performing Service team based at our Mosman site.

About the Role n
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle receives the attention, communication and service it deserves.

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Delivering a premium and personalised customer experience
n
Managing customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair journey
n
Conducting vehicle check-ins and accurately documenting customer requirements
n
Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop team
n
Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
n
Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress, costs and completion times
n
Identifying additional service and repair opportunities
n
Following up customers and maintaining strong relationships
n
Ensuring all work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standards
n
Achieving relevant customer satisfaction, sales and performance KPIs
n
About You n
We're looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused automotive professional who understands the importance of delivering an exceptional experience.

You'll bring:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership
n
Solid automotive technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing
n
Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
n
Professional presentation and a genuine customer-first approach
n
Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail
n




Ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities
n
Confident negotiation and upselling skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
n
Current Australian Driver Licence
n
n
Prestige or luxury automotive experience is highly desirable; however, we're also interested in candidates with strong automotive service experience and the right attitude.
