Job Description

As Senior Architectural Representative, you'll take ownership of the Sydney market, with a strong focus on high-end residential and multi-residential projects. This is a commercially focused specification sales role where you'll be responsible for building relationships, opening new doors, identifying projects, securing specifications and managing opportunities throughout the full sales cycle. The focus is not simply on getting products specified, it's about creating opportunities, protecting specifications and ultimately converting projects into revenue.

Key responsibilities n

Develop and manage relationships with Sydney's leading architects and interior designers

n

Build strong connections with developers, builders and key project stakeholders

n

Identify and create new project opportunities across high-end residential and multi-residential markets

n

Present and specify a premium architectural hardware portfolio

n

Provide product and technical guidance throughout the design and specification process

n

Manage projects from initial engagement and specification through to quotation, negotiation and close

n





Protect specifications and maximise project conversion

n

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of recent business opportunities

n

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and project meetings

n

Represent the brand at a high level across Sydney's architecture and design community

About you n

Established relationships across Sydney's architecture and design market

n

Experience within architectural products, building products

n

Strong understanding of specification-led and project-based sales

n

Proven ability to develop recent business and create opportunities

n

Confident opening doors and developing relationships from the ground up

n

Solid technical aptitude and ability to sell a solution rather than simply a product

n

Proactive, persistent and comfortable taking ownership of your market

n

Strong presentation and communication skills

n

Genuine passion for premium design, architecture and quality
