What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
Providing qualified customer service to visitors,



contractors and clientsConducting building and perimeter patrolsMonitoring CCTV and access control systemsGatehouse and access control dutiesManaging contractors and deliveriesResponding to incidents and emergency situationsIdentifying and reporting hazards and security risksSupporting tenants, clients and facilities teamsPreparing incident and security reportsEvent security dutiesOther security and site-specific duties
What We're Looking For
Current Security Licence- MandatoryCurrent First Aid - MandatoryAustralian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work RightsStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional presentation and a proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekendsGood computer skills and ability to use security-related systemsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Highly Desirable:
Crowd Control endorsementOwn reliable transportExperience with CCTV and access control systemsPrevious experience in a security or customer-facing environment
