We are now looking for a qualified, experienced
full-time Veterinary Nurse
to join our close-knit and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident all-rounder who enjoys hands-on nursing, high standards of patient care, and being part of a friendly, collaborative clinic environment.

About the role
n
This is a varied, hands-on nursing role suited to a qualified Veterinary Nurse who is confident working across surgery, hospital, pathology, treatment, floating and reception shifts. You will be supported by a large veterinary team with a broad skill set across small animal, mixed and dairy medicine.
n
For nurses with an interest in mixed animal medicine, there may also be opportunities to assist with large animal work.
Key responsibilities

n
Providing high-quality patient care across hospital and surgical nursing
n




Placing IV catheters and setting up fluids
n
Monitoring anaesthetics to a high standard
n
Assisting with pathology, treatments and general nursing duties
n
Supporting reception and client care when required
n
Contributing to a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture
n
About you
n
We are seeking a passionate and empathetic qualified veterinary nurse to join our welcoming team. You will bring:
n
n
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or a Veterinary Technician degree (essential)
n
At least 2 years' experience in a busy veterinary practice
n
Strong, well-rounded nursing skills
n
A genuine passion for patient care and client service
n
A positive, caring and proactive "can do" attitude
n
Commitment to contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture
n
Availability to work full-time, including on-call shifts (usually two per week) and 1 in 4 Saturdays
n
