nThe Role n
n
As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties while delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
n
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
n




Managing maintenance, repairs and contractor relationships
n
n
Conducting and overseeing property inspections
n
n
Managing arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
n
n
Resolving tenant enquiries and disputes professionally
n
n
Preparing property updates and recommendations for landlords
n
n
Ensuring compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
n
n
Coordinating leasing requirements where required
n
n
Managing lease documentation and applications
n
n
Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
n
n
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of compliance
n
n
n
nThe Ideal n
n
Candidate To be successful, you will have:
n
n
n
n
Previous residential Property Management experience
n
n
Ideally 3+ years' experience within the industry
n
n
Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
n
n
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicenceExcellent communication and relationship management skills
n
n
Strong organisation and time management abilities
n
n
Confidence managing a busy residential portfolio
n
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
n
Strong computer literacy and experience using property management systems
n
n
n
