Our client is a well-established building services business operating across Melbourne's commercial and mixed-use property sector. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Senior BMS Service Technician to join a high-performing technical team.

This is a genuine senior role — you'll be the go-to technical expert on-site, trusted to work autonomously and deliver quality outcomes for a diverse commercial client base.

The Role n
Day-to-day you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on BMS systems across commercial sites
n
Programming and commissioning using BACnet,



Modbus and IP-based control protocols
n
Identifying and implementing building performance and energy efficiency solutions
n
Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
efficientlyLiaising
directly with facility managers and building owners
n
Mentoring junior technicians where required
n
Completing accurate service documentation and reporting
n
About You n
n
5+ years' experience in BMS service and maintenance
n
Extensive knowledge of IP protocols, networking and communications
n
Strong understanding of controls protocols including BACnet and Modbus
n
Experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions
n
Electrical license preferred Restricted electrical license is minimum requirement
n
Excellent communication skills — confident dealing with clients on-site
n
Current driver's license
n
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
n
