We're looking for an enthusiastic
Casual Retail Sales Assistant
to join our Bendigo team.
n
This is a flexible casual position, with hours varying depending on the needs of the store.
There will be plenty of additional hours available throughout the busy Christmas trading period
, so we are particularly interested in applicants who can offer good availability during this time.
About the Role n
As part of James & Grace Bendigo, you will:

Deliver warm, genuine service and create memorable customer experiences
n
n
Confidently drive sales and build lasting customer relationships
n
n
Assist customers across Country Road clothing and homewares, gifts, accessories and lifestyle products
n
n
Offer friendly styling advice and develop strong product knowledge
n
n
Assist with merchandising, stock presentation and keeping the store looking beautiful
n
n
Process sales accurately and efficiently
n
n
Assist with stock,



unpacking deliveries and general day-to-day store duties
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
n
Experienced in retail or customer service, with strong sales ability
n
n
Passionate about fashion, clothing, homewares and beautiful products
n
n
Confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with customers
n
n
Flexible and reliable, with availability across weekdays and Saturdays
n
n
Available for additional hours during the busy Christmas trading period
n
n
Proactive, energetic and a great team player
n
n
Happy to take a hands-on approach and help wherever needed
n
