Job Description
Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our team, based across Glen Waverley and Oakleigh. You'll deliver meaningful community-based care alongside experienced professionals focused on client-centred practice.

You will conduct home and functional assessments, prescribe equipment and modifications, educate clients on falls prevention, and support independence through evidence-based interventions, working across wide-ranging funding streams.
