Security Operations Manager
to oversee their Mobile Patrols division.

About the Role
n
This is a hands‐on management position responsible for the performance and delivery of
Mobile Patrol operations across Melbourne
. You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.

$110k - $130k + Super (negotiable on experience)
n
Fully maintained company vehicle
n
Senior operational management position

Manage an established Mobile Patrols operation

Duties
n
n
Lead patrol officers, rostering and deployment
n
Oversee fleet, alarm response and service delivery
n
Manage client relationships and escalations
n
Monitor KPIs, labour utilisation and operational performance
n
Maintain compliance and service standards
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Commercial security operations experience
n
Experience with
TrackTik or similar patrol management systems
n
Solid rostering and workforce management experience
n
Strong client and team management skills
n
Commercially minded with a focus on operational performance
n
