Store Manager to take ownership of a brand-new Adelaide location.
n New store.
n New team.
n Fresh opportunity to make it your own from day one.
n And I'm not only looking for experienced Store Managers.
If you're a brilliant Assistant Store Manager who's commercially strong, confident leading people and genuinely ready for your own store — I want to hear from you too.
n THE OPPORTUNITY You'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store, leading a small casual team and creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
n This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for:
n

Driving sales, budgets and KPIs
n
Leading, coaching and developing your team
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Managing wages and rostering against business needs
n
Stock management and inventory
n
Visual merchandising and store presentation
n
Implementing promotions and driving customer traffic
n
Analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve performance
n
Maintaining strong operational standards across the store
n




We're looking for somebody who understands that great retail leadership is equal parts
people + customer + commercial results.

Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor with their team

Experience across
fashion, footwear, sports, streetwear or other high-energy specialty retail environments
would translate beautifully.n
