An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Enterprise Rostering Program Lead to provide senior delivery leadership for a large-scale UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the enterprise rostering workstream, including UKG implementation, roster pilots and policy design.
n
Drive implementation planning, business readiness and alignment with the broader transformation program.
n
Lead engagement across operational, workforce, payroll, employee relations, policy and technology teams.
n
Oversee roster pattern pilots and translate findings into scalable enterprise rollout strategies.
n
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance reporting and executive-level decision-making.
n

Key Skills and Experience
n
n
Extensive experience leading workforce management, rostering, payroll or HR technology transformations.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience delivering UKG Pro WFM or comparable workforce management implementations.
n
Solid knowledge of rostering, time and attendance, workforce planning, leave and payroll integration.
n
Proven experience leading pilots, implementation planning, policy development and business readiness.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, governance and executive communication skills.
