Clubhouse Bistro has a dynamic culinary team operating multiple kitchens, with a strong commitment to quality and creativity. Clubhouse Bistro serves over **** guests per week in our flagship venue, providing a vibrant dining experience in a high-volume environment. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative atmosphere where chefs can expand their skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities n

Maintain quality control of meals being produced
n
Be polite and courteous while interacting with our service provider
n
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene and assisting with audit requirements
n
Mentor and train apprentice chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
n
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure
n
Be highly organised and manage their own workflow within their kitchen section
n
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of qualified chefs
n
Learn various cooking techniques and kitchen operations
n
Contribute to menu development and special events
n
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills
n

Culinary qualifications and a passion for cooking

Strong leadership and communication skills

Basic cooking knowledge or experience is preferred but not required
