Job Description
n
The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing tenant billing, rent collection, and arrears across the commercial property portfolio, ensuring accurate cash flow and tenant account management.
Key responsibilities n
Prepare and issue tenant invoices for rent, outgoings, and lease adjustments
n
Maintain accurate tenant accounts within Yardi
n
Process rent reviews, reconciliations, and lease-related financial changes
n
Manage bank guarantees and tenant financial records
n
Monitor daily rent receipts and ensure accurate allocation to tenant accounts
n
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
n
Reconcile tenant balances and outstanding items
n
Monitor arrears on a daily and monthly basis
n
Follow up overdue accounts in line with internal procedures
n
Issue arrears notices and statements
About you n
3–6 years' experience in Accounts Receivable (property sector preferred)
n
Solid experience managing rent rolls and arrears
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Highly tech-savvy, with experience driving system and process improvements
n
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n

This is a full‐time office‐based role: n
Monday 9am-6pm, Tuesday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm
