nKey Responsibilities n
n
n
n
Attend and manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion.
n
n
Perform emergency make-safe works to mitigate further property damage.
n
n




Conduct moisture mapping, structural drying, mould remediation and fire restoration works.
n
n
Prepare detailed damage assessments, reports and restoration scopes.
n
n
Operate and monitor specialised restoration equipment.
n
n
Liaise professionally with insurers, loss adjusters, builders and clients.
n
n
Ensure all works comply with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
n
n
Support catastrophe response events, including occasional travel when required.
n
n
Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters.
n
n
n
nAbout You n
n
n
n
Previous experience in restoration, insurance repairs, building remediation, specialised cleaning, or a related industry.
n
n
Sound knowledge of water, fire and mould restoration practices.
n
n
Experience using restoration equipment and moisture detection tools is highly desirable.
n
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
n
n
Willingness to participate in after-hours and catastrophe response work.
n
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
n
White Card.
n
n
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
n
n
