hands‐on, mechanically minded person
who wants to build a career in the coffee industry.

You don't need coffee machine experience.
n
If you've spent your career
fixing cars, machinery, appliances, refrigeration, electrical equipment or anything mechanical
, and you enjoy figuring out how things work and getting them running again — we'd like to meet you.
n
We're looking for someone who:

Loves working out
why something isn't working
n
Has strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
n
Enjoys fault‐finding and problem solving
n
Is practical, hands‐on and mechanically minded
n
Takes pride in doing a job properly
n
Can work independently and manage their day
n
Has valuable communication and customer service skills
n
Is reliable, organised and keen to learn
n
Holds a current Australian driving licence
n
n
Coffee experience is NOT essential.
n
Your ability to
diagnose, repair and learn
is what matters.
n
You'll receive training on our coffee equipment and learn from experienced technicians as you develop your skills.
n
You'll learn how to:

Diagnose coffee machine faults
n
Service and repair commercial equipment
n
Work with electrical, mechanical,



hydraulic and electronic systems
n
Install and commission new machines
n
Carry out preventative maintenance
n
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
n
n
You bring the technical skills.
n We'll teach you the coffee.
n
$72,000–$85,000 + super
, depending on experience and technical ability.
