This is a full-time, hand-on production role suited to a chef with strong skills across
pastry, baking and decorating
. You'll work as part of our kitchen team to produce consistently high-quality products while maintaining the standards Jocelyn's Provisions is known for.

Your days will be varied and may include pastry production, baking, finishing and decorating, with opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Producing high-quality pastry, baked goods and cakes
n
Cake finishing and decorating to a high standard
n
Following recipes, methods and production schedules accurately
n
Managing a section and team within the kitchen
n
Maintaining consistency, presentation and product quality
n
Working efficiently in a busy production setting
n
Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness




n
Supporting the wider kitchen team to meet daily production requirements
n
About You n
n
Has professional kitchen experience, in
pastry, baking
and
cake decorating
n
Has a strong eye for detail and presentation
n
Takes pride in producing quality food
n
Can work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment
n
Is reliable, organised and works well as part of a team
n
Strong leadership and communication
n
Is keen to continue developing their skills and knowledge
n
n
Experience in
special occasion cakes, pastry production and premium bakery environments
will be highly regarded.
