You'll broaden your exposure across electrical, mechanical, controls and civil disciplines while developing valuable experience across technical solutions, pre-sales and customer engagement.

You'll also join a rapidly growing critical infrastructure business where you'll have visibility across major customer opportunities from initial technical discussions through to design and delivery.
About the role n
Vinova are working with a leading data centre and critical infrastructure business to appoint a Senior Solutions Engineer across Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra.
n
Sitting within the technical solutions function, you'll act as an engineering SME between customers, sales and engineering delivery teams.
n
You'll take customer requirements and work with internal design teams to develop solutions that balance technical performance, cost, programme and commercial viability.
n
You'll also lead technical discussions, workshops and solution reviews with major customers, helping ensure what is proposed commercially can be successfully designed and delivered.
Duties n

Develop technical solutions for hyperscale and major data centre customers
n
Lead customer workshops, technical reviews and engineering discussions
n




Translate customer requirements into clear engineering briefs for internal design teams
n
Support proposals and bids with technical advice, schematics and solution development
n
Skills & experience n
n
Data centre, critical infrastructure or mission-critical engineering experience
n
Electrical, mechanical, controls or civil engineering background
n
Strong understanding of data centre engineering principles and design architecture
n
Customer-facing solutions, pre-sales, post-sales or technical bid experience
n
Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance
n
