Hyde Melbourne Place's Mr Mills bar is seeking a passionate Bar Supervisor to lead a premium beverage team and deliver memorable service in a vibrant, nightlife-forward setting.

You will manage events, maintain product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer and spirits, and bring creative, solutions-driven thinking to operations. A current Victorian RSA certificate and availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays are required.
