We are seeking experienced Precast Panel Caulkers, Grouters & Patchers to join our team at LA Caulking in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full-time role and there are multiple positions available.

What you'll be doing
Caulking and sealing precast concrete panels to ensure a watertight and weather-resistant seal
Grouting joints between precast panels to create a secure and seamless connection
Patching and repairing any damage or defects in precast panels
Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate work and meet project timelines
Maintaining a secure and organised work environment

What we're looking for
Relevant experience as a precast caulker, grouter or patcher, preferably in the construction industry
Strong technical skills in the use of caulking guns, grout pumps, and other relevant tools and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any issues that arise on the job
Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
White Card, EWP,
