As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you'll support people in a shared home to build independence, stay connected and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences. From assisting with daily routines to encouraging participation in activities, you'll help create a safe, positive and supportive environment.

We're looking for a positive, proactive and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our established team in Bonbeach, Victoria.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone with open availability who enjoys variety and can work across morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts, 7 days a week.
Support includes: n

Personal care and continence support
n
Medication assistance
n
Manual handling and hoist transfers
n
Meal preparation and dietary support
n
Domestic duties and daily routines
n
Community access and social engagement
n
Certificates & Licences Required: n

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check
n
First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
n
Australian Driver's Licence and fully insured vehicle
n
Pay Rates n
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax) n

Base hourly rate: $*****

Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $*****
n
Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)$*****

Saturday: $*****

Sunday: $*****
